How to add a user to my installation in TaHoma app?

Please follow the step-by-step procedure below to add a new user to an already existing TaHoma installation.

 

In the '…' Menu click on 'User management'​

 
 

If you have multiple installation select your installation from the dropdown.

Click on 'Add a new user' to continue

 
 

Here you can see the list of all users of your installation. ​

 

By default, there’s only one user ('Me').

Select user type

 
 

You now have to choose between the different types of users you want to create.

Select the equipement (Optional)

 

This step is only if you selected Guest user type from the previous step.

 

Name the user

 
 

Here you can define the name you want to assign to the new user.

Share the invitation

 
 

You can now share the invitation to control your home to the new user.

The user will receive this message to invite him to join the installation.​
